Soak up the peace and tranquillity in the beautiful historical setting of 'The Old Barn', formerly the music hall to a world famous cellist in the 1920's.
The day will be gentle, playful, creative and powerful and you will leave feeling inspired to nourish your mind, body and soul.
You're day ticket will include all activities, ( massage extra see ticket price, first come first served basis).
Also the wonderful owner of the property will tell us the fascinating history of the barn. A life coach will give an inspiring talk on Self Esteem.
A delicious healthy lunch is also included plus refreshments & healthy snacks will be available throughout the day.
Who are your experts on the day?
Helen (Hel's Heavenly Hoops) has been hooping for 10 years and is passionate about teaching others how much fun Hula Hooping is as a form of exercise. Hooping is not only a great low impact way to stay fit and toned but you will discover how it can be used as a form of meditation or mindfulness.
Samantha (Sam Ross Yoga) will introduce you to slow, gentle yoga techniques to balance & restore your energy with guided meditations to encourage you to let go of anything that no longer serves you. (No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.)
Samantha (Raspberry Swirl Massage) is an expert in holistic and sports massage therapy, blending advanced techniques to bring you a unique, tailor-made massage. With Samantha's massage you can expect a professional person-centred approach, giving each client a unique experience.
Ali (Fit & Fabulous) will share with you through Pilates how integrating the mind and body creates clarity and purpose, and integrating the mind, body and spirit creates a life of balance.
Pilates exercises are designed to improve postural alignment and strengthen our muscles.
Kirsti (Unfurl Aromatherapy) aims to enhance your health and well-being using aromatherapy and therapeutic massage. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to aid our well-being. Essential oils are blended to meet particular needs and for therapeutic purposes to assist the body’s natural healing process.
Linda (Top to Toe) will ease away your stresses, strains & tension with a massage suited to your needs. Linda is experienced in Holistic, Deep Tissue and Sports massage techniques and aims to craft a massage experience that will leave you feeling blissful.
